Reliable hotel, fairly clean, thoughtful staff, location to Loveland ski area was handy. Last time I stopped, had themed and brand-new room with 2 queen beds. I liked a rustic style. Location: the property was right by Georgetown for the recent Georgetown to Idaho Springs Half Marathon, the restaurants and Rocky mountain national park.

Charming and Cozy Stay
I enjoyed my time at this cozy spot with a lovely rustic charm. The room was clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, perfect for our mountain adventure. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast with a good selection. It could use a few updates to enhance the experience.

Noisy. Normal voices could clearly be heard next door and floors above creaked

The location was beautiful and lovely, very close to the historic Georgetown and restaurants with excellent food. The room was newly renovated and we enjoyed a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine.

Swimming pool was perfect for family and very warm.
It was easy to hear people next door, but it was quiet by 9:30, so it worked out.

It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. . The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the "breakfast" consisted of muffins from Sams and terrible coffee. we cancelled the rest of our stay there.

The stay included a clean room and a comfortable atmosphere with fine views. The friendly staff made the check-in process easy and were very accommodating. Breakfast was decent but the space felt cramped was great. While the location was perfect for nearby restaurants, the breakfast area could definitely use more seating options.

When we checked out.
Was very disappointed. When we went to check in at 3:00, there was no staff at the desk and had to come back later. Once we checked in, the room was musty and smelled like it hadn't been opened in a long time. The bed very extremely uncomfortable and we did not sleep much. It was very hard and we did not find any extra blankets or pillows - only the two worn out ones on the bed. The bathrooms need to be gutted and rebuilt. The acrylic panels were separating and the caulk was coming away from the walls, inviting mold and mildew. The heat lamp was burned out. For $88/night, I'd expect a small shampoo and conditioner. There were none which necessitated us to purchase both from the gas station. We expected a lot more.

Georgetown is quite small and historic; the Inn is well located to enjoy the village by walking.
